Strawberry Kiwi Ice



(Serves 1)
Requirements:
6 strawberries, frozen
1 kiwi, peeled
1 cup ice
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. fructose or maple syrup
 
Procedure:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the ice has turned to slush.
