Orange, Grapefruit and Strawberrie Juice

(Serves 2)
Requirements:
3 oranges, remove peel
1 grapefruit
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
1 tsp. fructose or maple syrup
 
Procedure:
Put through a juice machine.
