Kim Kardashian Bought a $115,000 Watch

Having raked in about $6 million in 2010, Kim Kardashian is the highest-paid reality star (according to the Daily Beast, at least), which means that if she wants to buy a ridiculously pricey piece of jewelry, there's no stopping her.

Kim told Piers Morgan, in an interview to air Thursday night, that the most expensive thing she ever bought herself was a $115,000 watch.

"But I got a really good deal on it," she explained. "I traded two in for it, so, technically I was out of pocket about $50 or $60,000."

Even sister Kourtney -- who earlier told Morgan that she "didn't have as much money as Kim" -- said she was bewildered by the purchase.

"I don't think I could ever just go and spend that, you know?" Kourtney said. "I don't do that stuff for myself... It's vulgar. And I have a baby that I'm, like, college and expenses..."
Yes, this is all sort of gross, but not nearly as gross as this picture of the Kardashian sisters inexplicably sitting on Morgan's lap. (Seriously, what?!)

Kim's Naked Show

Kim Kardashian isn't known for keeping things to herself.

The reality TV star gives the inside scoop on all aspects of her life, courtesy of her show Keeping Up With The Kardashians with sisters Kourtney and Khloe.

But now Kim has gone the extra mile by baring her body too.

Posing on the cover of the latest issue of W magazine, photographed by Mark Seliger, Kim is stripped of her usual bodycon dress and dipped in silver paint.

And the confident, mature woman we see is the all-new Kim, according to the lady herself: "I used to think, I have to be this or that or skinny, and now, because of the show, everyone is embracing just me, which has given me such a confidence.

"Now, I’m like, Why did I ever give that feeling the time of day? I’m so mature now. I’m a grown-up version of myself."

She also argues that the public's perception of her isn't quite right: "I’m not a drinker, and when I’m up on the table dancing, it’s for the picture. Then I sit right back down. I play into the perception of me, but it’s not really me. And the show reveals that."

Some would say that Kim has brought criticism on herself, by playing out her family life in front of the world. So, how does she deal with the constant attention?

"I’ve learned to ignore everything. In the beginning I thought I was too sensitive for this. I’d Google myself and it would freak me out. Now I could care less if they say I’m pregnant with twins by my brother."

Whatever floats your boat, Kim.

Kardashians In Hot Water

It looks like not everything that the Kardashians touch turns to gold.

The sisters are being sued for a whooping $75 million (approx £48.3m) for allegedly breaking their contract with the company behind their controversial prepaid debit Kardashian Kard.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney initially promoted the card then reportedly abandoned it after it was revealed that the card was loaded with hidden fees.

Now the sisters are being sued by The Revenue Resource Group for breach of contract after they pulled out of promotional duties.

The Connecticut Attorney General also launched an investigation into the card and RRG lawyer Scott Rudd said that the terminated deal and all the negative publicity surrounding it has "effectively put this company out of business."

The card was taken off the market in November 2010 and a lawyer for the girls said: "The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults. Unfortunately, the negative spotlight turned on the Kardashians as a result of the Attorney General's comments and actions threatens everything for which they have worked."

Luckily, the sisters have each other to get them through this trouble.
